RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 'No Quibbles' returns policy, if for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us or wish to exchange a stock item for another size, we will happily oblige, provided it is returned in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days from date of delivery. Please note that we will not accept returns made after this period.
Simply complete the returns form printed on the reverse of your order confirmation and send it together with the goods to:

Once the goods are received by ourselves we will refund you the full amount of your item(s), excluding the cost of the delivery charge, and email you confirmation. Please allow for up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) for us to process your refund.
All goods being returned should be posted at a post office, using our freepost address and should be accompanied with the returns form. Please ensure that a PROOF OF RETURN is received from the post office counter on posting. Sussex Uniforms cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt.
