ORDER DEADLINE FOR BACK TO SCHOOL 2021: 31st JULY
We’re pleased to announce that from the 1st July our shops will be open for extended hours during the busy summer months. Latest opening times can be seen on the 'contact us' page of our website. Changing rooms are open, but social distancing currently remains in place with limited people in the shops, so apologies if you have to wait outside until you can enter. Masks should be worn as per Government guidance. Please note the shops are currently only accepting card payments and are unable to issue refunds for any online orders, but these can be returned free of charge using the Returns Centre on our website.
If you are looking to order online, please find below some helpful information including a video on how to measure your child, but if you need any assistance just call our Customer Services team on 01444 227066 who are on hand Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to answer any queries you may have. Important note: Global supply issues are affecting the whole schoolwear industry so please make sure you order any uniform needed for September start before the deadline of 31st July. And orders placed after this date are subject to stock availability and may not arrive in time for back to school.

Once you know the measurements, you can select the correct size on the product you need and on each product is further help with sizing specifically for that product.If you are still unsure which size to purchase, you can contact us while still on the website through our Live Chat function (bottom right of this webpage) and we will do our very best to help you!
We aim to deliver to UK Mainland addresses within 5 working days using a reliable tracked delivery service. However, during peak periods and the huge volumes we process before back to school, orders can take 10-15 working days. Currently we are also limited on staff due to social distancing so please allow for some additional delays as a result of Covid-19. For more information on deliveries & prices please visit here
Don’t worry if you make a mistake or the items do not fit. We offer FREE returns so you can return items at no charge within 30 days of receipt. Just visit our Returns Centre on the website for more details. Please note that items bought online cannot be returned to any of our shops. All online purchases must be processed through our online returns centre.
If you need to change for another size, simply return the items that do not fit FREE of charge using our Returns Centre and place a new order online. Alternatively, if your local Sussex Uniforms shop stocks the uniform and you take along proof of purchase, you can exchange items for the same value or more within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in resalable condition as per our terms and conditions. Please note that the shops cannot refund for any difference in price when exchanging items.
