Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver to UK Mainland addresses within 5-10 working days using a reliable tracked delivery service. However, during peak periods, deliveries may take longer. 

Delivery Prices and Returns

We’ve listened to feedback from parents and as such have restructured our delivery charges, which are as follows:

Orders under £10: £3.50
Orders £10-£30: £4.50
Orders over £30: £5.50

All our delivery prices include FREE returns for UK Mainland addresses, details of which can be found in our Returns Centre

Click & Collect

You can also order and pay for your goods online and then collect from one of our shops. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your order and transfer it to the store of your choice. The store will then contact you and let you know that your order is ready to collect.

European Delivery

We can deliver your order by dedicated road courier to Mainland Europe usually within 10 -14 working days. Some countries may take longer of have to import paperwork that may extend the time it takes to get your order to you. 

Worldwide Delivery

We use an international carrier to airfreight your order anywhere in the world. Please note, there may be some remote areas the carrier does not deliver to so please check with us if you are unsure. If you require international delivery, please select this option when placing your order and we will contact you with costs and timings for your chosen delivery address. Please note we can only use our own carrier to dispatch orders.
